Key Skills/Knowledge for Intern:
- Ability to successfully apply knowledge to the workplace.
- Able to deal with people and groups with different points of view.
- Common sense and pragmatic.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good communication skills – written, verbal and telephone – including ability to present information to groups and to conduct difficult and sensitive conversations.
- Good interaction skills
- Approachable, Honest, Genuine & Hard-working
- Strong sense of focus and determination with a demonstrated skill of seeing things through despite difficult challenges and obstacles
- Influencing skills with an ability “think on your feet”
- Problem solving.
- Previous experience in insourcing preferred.
Experience required :
- Some HR experience and familiarity with day to day activities.
- Track record of handling and resolving contentious people issues
- Experience in consulting with employee representatives within the larger HR space.
- Successfully managing all types of individuals, agendas and issues.
The primary responsibilites :
✓ Recruitment And Selection.
✓ Handling Social Media pages and PR
✓ Handle the task of searching job Portal, and job posting.
✓ Coordination with Managemen & Candidate for Entire recruitment process.
✓ Record keeping of all Candidates.
✓ Preparing Letter of Offer, Joining, Appointment, Recommendation, Increment, Promotion, Experience, Relieving etc.
✓ Induction & Trainings
✓ Making Attendance Sheet, Office Bills, and other Expensive Details.
✓ Record keeping of all Candidates.
✓Time management
✓Employee Engagement activities
✓Handling Employees Grievances
✓Making budget for festival functions
